高中助學金
去年，本會在隴西一中資助了三年的100名同學都畢業了，高考成績特別好， 91名成功上線，最後84名進了大學，當中不少進了醫學院或其他專業。定西一中的39位高考同學中，也有有14名獲大學錄取，每位大學同學都獲頒麥羅潤窩獎學金。本會繼續資助每所高中每年100名同學。5月26日我們特地到隴西一中派發助學金與100名新同學。也到定西一中與同學代表座談，同學還送我們當地的特色手工藝品 – 繡花香包，還為我們繫上代表好運的五色手繩,，我們也送上帶來的羊毛圍巾。 Last year, more than 100 students who have been receiving financial assistance from YEF graduate from Longxi No. 1 Secondary School with exceedingly good performance at University Entrance Examinations. Of them, 91 passed the examinations and 84 eventually made it to universities, many at medical schools and other professional faculties. In Dingxi No. 1 Secondary School, 14 of the 39 students sitting the examinations have been enrolled into universities. Every student entering university received an award from YEF’s Mai Luo Run Wo Scholarship. YEF continues to assist 100 students in each school every year. On May 26, we visited Longxi No. 1 Secondary School to distribute scholarships to 100 new students. We also visited Dingxi No. 1 Secondary School to talk to student representatives. The students gave us a handicraft unique to Lanshou — fragrant embroidered sachets. They also tie a five-colour string bracelet on us as a sign of good luck. We gave them woolen scarves in return.
