A delegation of the Yellow Earth Foundation, led by its Adviser Professor Lam Hon Ming , visited the Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences in September 2010 to see for themselves the development of agriculture in the province. We found that in regions where agriculture was well developed, farmers could lead a prosperous life.
