Agricultural Visit
On September 10 and 11, we visited our agricultural bases in Zhangye, Jiuquan and Jiayuguan. Originally, the farmers there grew low-value produces for local consumption because of high transport costs as a result of the inconvenient traffic network. But with investment by merchants from outside, they began to grow seeds in large swaths. We wanted to tell students of the Yellow Earth Foundation this: you can also become rich in the field of agriculture if you have the know-how and brain power!
