Sponsoring water supply project at Tonganyi Town
In July, YEF agreed to finance a project on water supply to the households in three villages in Da’an Township of Weiyuan County. Works have largely completed. Unfortunately we were unable to go into the village to see the project for ourselves because of heavy rain. Hopefully, we may do so on our next visit. This time, we signed an agreement with Tonganyi Town in Longxi County to finance similar works on water supply to households in Heijiacha Village. 313 households would benefit. Following the signing of the agreement, Tonganyi Town immediately procured the necessary materials so that the laying of water mains could be completed before the harsh winter set in.
